Very tasty, fairly salty, small chunks which I like very much
Great biltong. Slightly underspiced for my liking but ostrich is more of a subtle taste. My wife loved it. Nice big pieces. The only problem I encountered was the fact that it was almost impossible to follow the courier i.e. tracking my parcel. The courier you used does not have a good reputation - I checked them on Google as i was trying to get hold of them. They don't nswer their phones. I suggest you consider using a different courier service. Inter town Transport is good. Regards Paul Caiger

Too salty and as hard as a rock
This was my first order and as per your website I was expecting sliced biltong as am unable to eat chunky biltong because of my false teeth. Was shocked and very disappointed to receive a kg of very hard chunks of biltong. If I'm going to eat these chunks I'm gonna have to get a 10 lb hammer to smash these chunks to reduce them to powder, which will then be eatable. Very disappointed and totally disgusted. Very efficient
A good ;product and very tasty. However it comes as chunks that are too big to bite, too hard to chew, too tough to tear. The kids cannot eat it. Will be a great product if finely sliced.

the packing was discusting. not one nice slice, big thick pieces nearly not eatable. total black and hard. the one open is in my fridge the thick meat pieces are squeezed in one hard ball. to get some peaces out for eating is nearly not posible. in your picture it looks very different to the biltong which i got. if you want to see pics, no problem...tell me and i will do some pictures...

I ordered SLICED biltong as advertised im the picture- and received big chunks instead. I have no idea how to sink my teeth into the unsatisfactory purchase. So far no feedback from my e-mail and message om fb. Poor service!

Brilliant.
The biltong has a strange after-taste which is unlike other Ostrich biltongs I’ve had before. I’m not sure whether it is the type of vinegar or some of the spices used. If the after-taste wasn’t there I’d give it full marks
The packaging is well done. I love the bite-size parts of the ostrich biltong. This would make a good gift.
