I got the egg Rotten, please refund my money or send me a fresh egg And please send the package and prepare it during the week when you know that courier guy will definitely deliver I do not blame you, I blame the courier company for letting it stand long in transit, but please either refund me or give me a fresh egg Thank you

Great biltong. Slightly underspiced for my liking but ostrich is more of a subtle taste. My wife loved it. Nice big pieces. The only problem I encountered was the fact that it was almost impossible to follow the courier i.e. tracking my parcel. The courier you used does not have a good reputation - I checked them on Google as i was trying to get hold of them. They don't nswer their phones. I suggest you consider using a different courier service. Inter town Transport is good. Regards Paul Caiger
