My friends were agog at the delicious wors
It is a very tasty and subtly spiced wors that is loved by everyone. Friends are so fond of it that it is finished in no-time.

Baie lekker en sappig
The taste was OK, but the wors is thin and dry. I know you are probably punting the "healthy option", but I would suggest you also make a "Volstruis Spekwors" ... Add real (small) blocks of spek and put it in a 30/32 casing, with some extra burned coriander. At a braai, a nice moisty, thick spekwors is always welcome ... :-)
Lean and spicy. Lovely to braai on the coals or fry on the stove. Whole with mash and broccoli, or chopped in a stew.
